We have decided to decorate the baby’s room in a jungle motif. We’ve been to Babies-R-Us a couple of times to get ideas. We found a jungle crib bedding set that was perfect for a girl or a boy:

18th week doctor visit
On Melissa’s 31st birthday, we had our third doctor’s appointment. Because she was going to the doctor on her birthday, the doctor’s office gave Melissa a birthday card, complete with a $5 gift card to McDonalds (which is right across the street). Needless to say, Melissa was pretty excited.
As for the actual appointment, we heard the baby’s heartbeat. The little heart was beating at 152 bpm. In the next 2-3 weeks, we are to schedule the “big” 3D ultrasound at Meriter hospital in Madison.
